What we know about you, and what we do with it
The privacy policy says the same thing in legal language. This page says it plainly, because it is the first question everyone asks before signing.
What is public, and nothing else
Your public page shows exactly this, and there is no other place on the site where your data appears.
Shown: your pseudonym, your photo if you added one, your calculated age, your country, your bio and the links you provided.
Never shown: your legal name, your date of birth, your place of birth, your city, your email, your phone, your documents and your revenue figures.
Age is recalculated from your date of birth and only the number comes out. The date itself never leaves the database.
What we collect, and why
Your legal identity
Name, surname, date and place of birth, ID document. Solely to verify that you are of age, which is a legal obligation and a non-negotiable condition for working with the agency. This data serves no other purpose.
Your contact details
Email and phone, so we can reach you. The email also serves as your login for your creator area.
What you choose to publish
Pseudonym, photo, bio, country, links to your accounts. You decide on every field, and you can unpublish your page at any time from your area.
Your revenue, if you import it
Only through a CSV file you upload yourself. The agency never connects to your platform accounts and will never ask you for a platform password. If someone ever does, it is not us.
Who can access what
You
Everything that concerns you, from your area, with the ability to edit your public page whenever you want.
The agency
The data needed to support you. Back-office access requires two-factor authentication, with no possible exception.
Nobody else
No data is sold, rented, exchanged or passed to a third party for commercial purposes. The only technical subprocessors are the host, the database, the image host and the email service, each within its strict scope.
Verifiable commitments
Promises you can hold us to, with deadlines and numbers rather than adjectives. If one of them is not met, write to us and say so.
Response to a report
Acknowledgement of any removal request within 72 working hours. Immediate for content published without consent.
Notice to leave
No delay to observe, no penalty, no commission claimed afterwards.
Upfront fees
No signup fee, no subscription, no billing for production sessions.
Commission below the threshold
Until you pass S1, support costs you nothing, however long that takes.
Data deletion
On request, excluding documents under mandatory legal retention.
Exclusivity required
None. You remain free to work with whoever you want, on whichever platforms you want.
If you leave
Your accounts stay yours
They always were. The agency holds neither ownership nor access to them.
No notice, no penalty
You leave whenever you want. No commission is claimed retroactively on what you earned before.
Your page is unpublished
You can remove it yourself with a single checkbox, without going through anyone.
Your data is deleted on request
Within 30 days, except for documents the law requires us to keep for age verification, and only for the legal duration.
Saying no costs you nothing
This is the most important point on this page. Declining a production session, a type of content, a suggestion or a promotion has no consequence whatsoever on your support, your tier, your commission or your place in the agency. There is no hidden trade-off, and nobody will make you feel it.
A question that is not here?
Ask it before signing, not after. That is exactly what we answer for.
