FAQ

The questions people actually ask us

Sorted by topic. If yours is not here, write to us: we answer, and the question often ends up on this page.

Getting started

Do I need an audience already to be supported?

No. The Exposure tier exists precisely for creators starting from zero: it costs nothing until you pass the first threshold. It is the most common entry point.

How long before I hear back after applying?

We get back to you quickly after receiving it. Applying commits you to nothing: it is a first contact, not a signature.

What happens after I apply?

A conversation to understand where you are and what you are looking for. Only then come age verification and the contract, with thresholds and rates written down. You can stop at any step.

Do I have to show my face?

No. Many creators work without ever showing it. Your public page only displays what you put there, and you can add no photo at all.

Is there a fee to join?

None. No signup fee, no subscription, no deposit. If an agency asks you to pay to get in, that is a red flag.

Money and commission

How is the commission calculated?

In brackets, like income tax. Below the first threshold, zero. Above it, the commission applies only to the portion that exceeds it, never to the whole amount. The « How we calculate » page details every case with the numbers.

Who sets the S1 and S2 thresholds?

They are set with you before any signature and written into the contract. The simulator values are defaults, not an imposed rule.

Which revenue does the commission apply to?

Only the net revenue from the accounts and content the agency supports, after the platform commission is deducted. Anything outside that scope is none of our business.

What if my revenue drops one month?

The commission drops with it, and disappears if you fall back below the first threshold. There is no guaranteed minimum owed to us.

How exactly do you get paid?

On the basis of the revenue recorded for the period, according to the terms set in the contract. Nothing is deducted automatically from your accounts: the agency has no access to them.

Can the rate go up without my agreement?

No. Any change to the rates is discussed and signed. Moving to a higher tier depends solely on your revenue level, according to the thresholds already agreed.

Control and protection

Do I keep my accounts and my content?

Yes, from the first day to the last. The agency neither owns your accounts nor holds your credentials, and never will.

How is my identity protected?

Your pseudonym is kept separate from your real identity. Your public page shows only your calculated age and your country: never your legal name, date of birth, place of birth or city. The Security page details who can access what.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes, with no notice and no penalty, and with no commission claimed afterwards on what you have already earned.

Do I have to be exclusive?

No. No exclusivity is required, neither on platforms nor on collaborations.

What if my content is reshared without permission?

Write to us: the reporting and removal procedure is public and free, open to supported creators and to anyone else. Acknowledgement within 72 working hours.

Could people I know come across my page?

Nothing technically stops anyone from visiting a public page. That is exactly why the agency advises keeping pseudonym and civil identity strictly separate from the start, and never displays your city.

Production and content

Are production sessions mandatory?

No, never. They are optional, free for you, and declining them has no consequence on your support, your tier or your commission.

Can I refuse a type of content?

Yes, and without having to justify yourself. Non-conditionality is the rule: a refusal carries no penalty, visible or otherwise.

Who decides what I publish?

You do. The agency advises, suggests and flags anything that looks risky, but does not decide for you and publishes nothing in your name.

Can the agency ask for my platform passwords?

No, and it never will. Revenue is imported through a CSV file you upload yourself. If someone asks you for a platform password, it is not us.

Your question is not here?

Ask it. We answer before you sign anything.
