Example (Focus tier): on €800 net, the commission is 20 % × (800 − 500) = €60. You keep €740. The S1 / S2 thresholds and exact rates are set with you before any signature.
How the calculation works
The scale works in brackets, like income tax: crossing a threshold never increases the commission on what you were already earning below it.
Up to S1
Zero commission. You keep 100 % of your net revenue, however long that takes.
Between S1 and S2
The commission applies only to the difference between your revenue and S1. On €800 net with S1 at €500, it is calculated on €300, not on €800.
Above S2
The negotiated rate applies only to the portion above S2. Everything below stays at the previous rates.

Pricing questions
Who sets the S1 and S2 thresholds?
They are set with you, before any signature, and written into the contract. The simulator defaults are indicative: depending on your activity and starting point, your thresholds may differ.
Which revenue is the commission based on?
Only the net revenue from the accounts and content the agency supports, after the platform commission has been deducted. Never on anything outside that scope.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can leave at any time, with no penalty and no commission claimed retroactively. Your accounts, your content and your subscribers stay yours from the first day to the last.
Are production sessions billed?
No. They are optional and the agency covers travel, location and equipment costs. Declining a session has no impact whatsoever on your support.
Can the rate change along the way?
Not unilaterally. Any change is discussed and signed. Moving to a higher tier is triggered only by your revenue level, according to the thresholds already agreed.
