01Purpose
These terms govern access to rearshot.com and use of the support services. The detailed commercial terms (tiers, commission, duration) are set out in the individual contract signed with each creator, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
02Acceptance
Accessing the site and using the services implies acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the service.
03Access and age
The agency site is public and contains no adult content. The support is strictly reserved for adults, whose age is verified by ID document before any collaboration.
04Service description
Rearshot provides support (onboarding, advice, analytics, promotion, image protection) and, optionally, a production studio. The creator operates on her own platforms; Rearshot does not act in her place.
05Commission and billing
Rearshot is paid solely by commission, calculated per bracket above the agreed thresholds, with no sign-up or subscription fee. The creator receives her revenue then settles the commission by invoice. No direct debit on her accounts.
06Creator's obligations
Provide accurate information, comply with the law and the terms of the platforms used, be the sole holder of the rights to her content, and feature only consenting adults in it.
07Independence and ownership
The creator remains independent and the owner of her accounts, content and subscribers. No type of content is imposed. At the end of the relationship, she leaves with everything that belongs to her.
08Non-conditionality
No service, promotion or benefit is conditioned on accepting a type of content or practice. Declining a service has no impact on the support.
09Duration, termination
Duration and terms are set out in the contract. Leaving is possible with short notice (30 days), without penalty and with no commission claimed retroactively.
10Liability
The service is provided as is. Rearshot uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access, and is not responsible for the decisions or actions of third-party platforms.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the matter will be referred to the competent courts.
